3 Day Juice Cleanse
A colourful selection of ready-prepared fruit and vegetable juices, with a guide to take you through your cleanse. Choose the three-day package, or select a five- or seven-day option.
Inside the three-day cleanse
Day 1 — Orange: 4 × 250ml servings, made with orange, carrot and ginger.
Day 2 — Green: 4 × 250ml servings, made with spinach, kale, cucumber, apple and pineapple.
Day 3 — Red: 4 × 250ml servings, made with carrot, orange and raw beetroot.
The three-day package provides 12 servings in total, together with a day-by-day guide.
Storage and serving
Refrigerate your juices as soon as they arrive. Follow the guide included with your package and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
